We’re at it again.

This year the Pith-Heads are returning to Africa, this time to Timbuktu in Mali. And we have a new name;

Revenge of the Pith

The event is dis organised by the same people that brought us the Plymouth to Banjul challenge in 2007.

For a more comfortable ride we are taking a very nice 1991 Mercedes 230E this year, kindly donated by a family friend on the understanding we raise some money for the British Heart Foundation who helped him when he suffered a heart attack some time ago.

As with last time, the vehicle and contents remain in Mali where they are handed to the Rotary Club of Mail to sell off to fund various local projects.
